The Rabbit Hole
This restaurant is a downtown classic, with unique small plates and high-quality cocktails. With Wonderland-themed decor, this city-morgue-turned-restaurant will provide an unforgettable date night experience.
The Carter Payne
The Carter Payne is a church from the 1800s that is now home to a cocktail bar, wine bar, brewery, and farm-to-table cuisine. Enjoy craft food and drinks in a beautiful setting.
Vine and Wheel
Our last downtown restaurant is a wine and cheese bar that won a Diner’s Choice award in 2022. This is a great option for classic Valentine’s Day fare.
Ban Sushi
As a Falcon-based mortgage lender, we wanted to include a few options on the east side of Colorado Springs. Ban Sushi is a high-quality sushi restaurant, located off of Stapleton for an elevated dining experience close to home.
Black Forest Bistro
Black Forest Bistro is another great option for our Falcon neighbors. The bistro has won several awards, including Best of the Springs in 2021. They are only open Thursday-Saturday, however, so plan your Valentine’s Day date carefully.
